Windows 11 Virus and threat protection not working

i have tried PowerShell administrator Set-MpPreference -UILockdown 0 but it is showing error Set-MpPreference : Failed to modify preferences. At line:1 char:1 + Set-MpPreference -UILockdown 0 + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (MSFT_MpPreference:root\Microsoft\...FT_MpPreference) [Set-MpPreference ], CimException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : HRESULT 0x80070057,Set-MpPreferencei have also updated my windows 11 and i have also created a DWORD file in registry editor inside windows defender
