Windows 11 Virus and Threat Protection Unavailable after device reset

When i search for virus and threat protection or just right click to scan This Message is shown Page not available(Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not availabe.Contact It helpdesk for more information)I have tried the Set-MpPreference -UILockdown and also did that register and group policy that is being shared online still no luck.I reseted due to bluetooth not connecting to devices now this error is going on and also faced this problem previously.
