Windows 10 Virus attacked on August 7, 2022, Registry corrupted and unable to do repair upgrade

So, on August 7, 2022, my HP Windows 10 21H1 desktop was infected by a virus. It corrupted some of the registry, which led to some programs like Inno Setup and VirtualBox not working. I tried a system restore that was automatically made 3 days before the virus attack. I got AppxStaging error and tried uninstalling some recently installed programs. That triggered new system restore points to be made, which erased the one made on August 4, 2022. The system restore corrupted the registry even more.
