Windows 11 Virus deactivated Windows 11 Pro

We had downloaded a torrent using a vpn, after it was done we switched it off which took an unusually longer time to switch off and boot up. When it booted up, the activate windows watermark was visible and my windows was deactivated. We have a quick heal antivirus subscription which scanned the computer multiple times yesterday with no hints of a virus. This is a prebuilt pc hence we do not have access to the product key, kindly provide us a solution.
