Windows 10 Virus not removed after attempts.

Appears that I have computer virus. I did scan and it shows up Wacatac.h!ml. You can see here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wds...ojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml&threatid=2147814523It says in C:\Program Files (x86)\ProudBrowser\ProudBrowserCode.dll Proud browser is well known virus, so can't be error. I deleted this folder but it still says I have virus in Windows Security, despite the fact it says no threats when scanned. No matter how many times I press start actions it says still there and it says (active) next to it.
