I am having trouble downloading files (all types of files: PDFs, word, softwares and pictures) . It keeps saying that virus scan failed. I have fully scanned my laptop for malwares and viruses, and everything was clean. Recently, my McAfee antivirus subscription has expired and I have bought a new subscription. I have been trying to download my new McAfee subscription, but the same error persists. So, I can't even download the antivirus software. I really don't know what to do now. Please help ... I am currently operating on Windows 11.
