Virus & Security it says that I need a new app to open this Windows Defender Link but why.

When I click on Virus & Security it says that I get the message that I need a new app to open this Windows Defender Link, but why? I am using Windows 11 Pro 16 Ram 2 TB M.2 drive. I Attached the pic below
