A certain high level threat, HackTool:Win32/AutoKMS, was detected after conducting a Full Scan in my Windows Defender. I have no idea how it got in but for sure it is still running in my laptop. I am worried that it might cause corruptions and damage to my files or in the worst case might've already had, so I am asking if anyone had any solutions in my for this kind of issues that does not involve installing any software or have some online websites to toggle in my device for it to scan or something because I'm really anxious that it might contribute to the problem.
