Windows 11 Virus total false positive related

I have a question does virus total is a garbage because it detects anything as trojan. I downloaded from official website for some customisation like blur mica dll explorer from official git hub page and a rainmeter skin from official rainmeter website and some virus total enginees detect it as trojan. What is the problem of virus total.
