Hello,Having an issue with a newly-enrolled school with a VLSC account. The account should have Edu Pro licences that we need access to, but cannot sign in correctly with the provided business account.I can't upload any screenshots because the upload fails for whatever reason.The page received when trying to sign in says"Thank you for registering. The business email provided during registration is not affiliated with an Open Licence and/or Volume Licence Agreement"The business email provided in a registration email and I've followed the steps to open that in a private browser with no other sig
