Windows 11 Voice Problem

I am trying to use the Microsoft Edge voices and read aloud voices in my Vital Source bookshelf app but none of them pop up. Is there any way I can download the Read Aloud voice pack from Edge and make it system default? I think they sound far more natural than Microsoft Zira.For example, the Microsoft read aloud option in Edge has Microsoft Ava online, how can i get her to be my system default text to voice in other apps?
