Windows 10 voice recroder was last accessed 2022-09-25, is this the reason now I can not use it, also

When I want to use voice recorder the messages says mic is not working, however in past it worked. Today I noticed in the Windows desktop apps and privacy the voice recorder was last accessed in September 25 of 2022. Refer screen shot.Other than that can I select software which can access microphone other than applicationsshowing in Windows desktop apps and privacy. Refer screen shot.Any help will be appreciated.Thank youVoice recorder icon below:Windows app
