Windows 11 Volume goes up and down by itself.

I wonder if anyone has found a solution to windows automatically changing volume, especially if using web apps i.e. Edge/Chrome/TikTok etc. I'm using windows 11 home edition, fully updated with Windows Update. The sound changing is infuriating and according to web forums only affects MS Windows. All on-line resources I've found lead you through the same steps as below and I've tried them all to no avail: Windows troubleshootersDriver roll backs and updatesEnabled and disabled audio hardware devices, except the one in useDisable ALL audio device, restart, re-enable and test.Disabled / enable
