Windows 11 Volume Mixer doesn't save individual app settings after system power off in Windows 11

I use the volume mixer to route audio through a program which enables me to change volume for groups of apps together rather than individually or needing to change the whole system's volume. The problem is that every time I turn my computer off and turn it back on all the settings for each individual app reset to the default input and output devices. The system devices remain what I set them before, but each app (Discord, Teams, Vivaldi etc.) go back to "Default" rather than remaining whatever I had set them to prior to shut down.For additional context, I'm using a BEACN Mic and its accompanyi
