Windows 10 Volume Mixer settings automatically change back to 100% instead of what I left them at

Around 80% of my apps, I have to turn them down to a certain percentage so my ears don't get blasted however with some apps, I lower the percentage in volume mixer to around 10% but then when I launch the app next time it goes back to 100% and I have to re change it each time, is there some sort of fix for that?
