Windows 11 wacatac - infecting the whole registry from an acrobat download

I am at my wits end. I have tried every single antivirus software and windows defender keeps telling me the wacatac.B!ml is sever threat. When I try to quarantine it or remove it with defender it does nothing but offer to scan again. Please help!
