Windows 10 Wacom Pen installer: “A supported tablet was not found on the system” for my Pavilion x360 2-in-1

Hello,

I am trying to install my Wacom Bamboo Ink to use on my HP Pavilion x360, which has tablet mode. But whenever I try to run the installer app, I get the message “A supported tablet was not found on the system.”
Am I doing something wrong? I tried switching to Tablet Mode but I was still given this message.
