Windows 11 Waiting to hear back from windows disability desk CRM

In the year 2023 I experience a complete blue screen and iOS and system blackout. My entire product died. Thanks for concierge services at Costco and insurance I warranty separately paid for I was able to restore back to windows home 11. I was advised I would receive win 11 pro full copy as a gesture of apology for following the advice given which crippled my system. However I have not receive said response via email and I am currently waiting for a follow up recently re establish since sept 1st 2024. As a month has nearly passed, I am hoping by aligning myself here that I may have a solution
