Windows 10 Want to maintain Email Address, can I do this through Microsoft?

The company that I get my emails through just got bought out & tell me I cannot use my email address that I have had for 40 years, as the previous email provider is about to cease its hosting example they host through an email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** & under that admin I have this email address that I have for 40 years *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (these email addresses are fake names) can I now change to Microsoft to be able to continue with my old email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (Note I currently use windows 10 & Outlook 2013 based on my computer not in the cloud) if so how do I do this A
