Windows 11 was/is this a virus please help me

recently i restarted my laptop and after I restarted it i checked the taskbar at the bottom and saw a ransom task called Setup Launcher Unicode (32 bit). i did not know what it was but it just randomly popped up (it has never popped up before) so i immediately ended its task in task manager and tried to look online for any info on it but i could not find any. i also ran my antivirus but it found no virus on my lap top. can i get some help please.i don't have any screen shots of it because i did not take any before i ended its task
