Windows 11 Way to optimize all my ram for the CPU ?

I have 16gb ram of which only 13.9 gb is available, cause 1.1 is for the integrated graphics card, i also have Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 as discrete graphics card, so is there a way to not let the integrated graphics card use the ram and i'll just work with discrete one
