Windows 11 We couldn’t install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive, Error 0x80300024 on HP laptop

I have HP laptop that I need to wipe and rei-install Windows 11. After deleting all partitions while booting from a Windows 11 boot disc I can’t install the OS on the primary partition. It says We couldn’t install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive, Error 0x80300024.This is after I add to select Load Driver to install the Intel storage driver via a usb drive. No other drives are connected.Any suggestions on to resolve this issue is appreciated.
