Windows 10 we have problem with WSUS on windows server 2016 Keep crashing with Error: connection Error

our server keeps having error, this the photo please help?

the program "update service” takes so long time loading then it works few seconds then it crashes all of sudden

then we Reset Server Node it works for few minutes
