Hi Folks -

In the wee hours of 01/09, my workstation received a security update from Microsoft. Prior to this date, my network was working properly. It's a small network, just a handful of workstations and a copy/scanner machine that puts our scans into a folder on the network we all access individually.

However, after receiving this update, that network stopped communicating. I did a system restore to the previous day before the update and like magic, everything started working again. Later that night, the update re-installed and since that time I have not been able to access other work stations or the scanner/copier on the network. Any and all system restore efforts fail due to possibly having anti-virus installed. I disabled the anti-virus and the same error continues to appear. I should have disabled updates, I'm keenly aware of that now.

I understand that this is not an isolated incident. I'm wondering if there are any fixes or resources I can try to use and get this fixed. We are down to using one computer for our order entry and accounting needs. We are quite hobbled. Any help is appreciated!
