Windows 10 Web pages vanish from screen unless I move my mouse to make it slowly reappear

Using Windows 10 all updates current defragged, clean from viruses.When I open a webpage (YouTube example), it appears blank until I move my mouse pointer over the screen as if I'm wiping down to get the webpage to reappear again, but only in the spots where I wiped with my mouse pointer, the most unusual thing I've ever seen before. [It's the same as if (example) I were cleaning a bedroom window with Windex and wiping away the old dirt & grime, a good way of putting it I guess.]I did everything possible to make sure Windows is free and clear of fragments, viruses, and spamware, and my mai
