Windows 11 Webcam Causes Computer to Work Extremely Slow and Image is Choppy (Windows 11)

Whenever I plug-in a webcam (I have tried using multiple) and open an app like Zoom, the Camera App, or Microsoft Teams, my computer lags horribly, the video from the webcam lags horribly, and the system goes back to normal immediately after closing whichever app I am using. The one exception is Discord; the webcam works properly in Discord for some reason.I've updated my computer fully, tried multiple USB ports (other peripherals work fine in the same ports), inspected my system for malware, deleted and reinstalled the device, reset my computer multiple times, and so far nothing has helped.
