Windows 10 Webcam causes my PC to occasionally freeze and lag even when It's off

So I just bought this webcam and when I plugged it in It was working fine until my PC started freezingI updated and reinstalled the drivers, troubleshooting and changing the settings In the camera appWhen I unplugged the webcam everything started working fineI used like 3 other webcams as well and they worked fine but this oneI think It's the webcam's fault but I'm still asking to make sure
