Webcam started flickering after Windows 10 20H2 Update on Dell 5080 PC It is happening on multiple pc's in our organization. We tried different cameras, We rebuilt the PC again too. We tried turning off Power management on USB ( We unticked option Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ) We tried disabling USB selective suspend setting on Advanced power settings We even tried added DWORD EnableFrameServerMode and changed its value to zero on registry. Nothing worked. We have not planned to upgrade to Windows 11 yet. We still want to use Windows 10 for a
