Windows 11 Webpage isn’t loading after update

hello, I updated the windows 11 on October 1 and I’m encountering an issue where none of my pages are loading but it says I’m connected to the Wi-Fi. However, nothing is loading even setting page isn’t loading.I Have tried everything so far, uninstalled the update, that didn’t work. I reset my network that didn’t work. I tried going into command and flush my dns cache and didn’t work either. Someone pls help. An update is suppose enhance a user experience not ruin it smh
