Windows 11 Website formatting is lost what will fix this?

I regularly go to the AARP website to play games. All was fine at 2 this afternoon. Tonight, all the formatting for the site is gone.This has also happened to a Proven Winners website for info on hydrangeas; and for a forum I used to frequent, Pet Talk. This does not appear to be a browser issue, as I get the same problem using Edge, Firefox, and so on. I guess this has to be a windows issue? I don't know what else it could be, and I don't know how to fix this. This is what the AARP website looks like using Edge, this evening. As you see, no formatting on the web page. Below that I have
