Windows 11 Websites not working properly on all browsers, works on different computer on same netowrk, OS, etc

I suddently started having a problem with websites not loading properly or at all, especially websites where I have to log into an account (Amazon, Canva, Mentimeter) and the login screen will spin forever after I enter my information. Occassionaly, if I refresh several times, I can get it to load but I can't navigate the site properly due to content not loading. Other websites work fine (Outlook, Gmail) and apps are working normally (Teams) but all browsing is significantly slowed, sometimes I have to refresh just to get a google search to work.
