Windows 11 Weird glitchy pixels on screen

Hi! I had an issue with some weird glitchy pixels (will attach pictures of it) after I minimized my discord window. When I minimized my discord window on my second monitor it suddenly turned black for a mere second on both monitors and got back to normal again (happened twice when I minimized discord only). After that the issue was gone but then I started to notice multiple weird glitchy pixels on both my monitors. It disappeared after I restarted my PC. Thanks in advance!P.S.: my PC is quite new and not even a year old :/ PC specs:Motherboard: B450M H GigabyteGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12 G
