Windows 10 Weird hardware electric noises + rapidly heated

The computer I use is school provided so I don't know a lot about it. It's just that it makes weird electric noises coming from the left of the keypad. Also the fan function a lot but I think it's normal for the computer to get heated after a long time of use but now I jusste used it for like 10 mins and it's hot underneath. There is no system message telling me it's a problem nor has the computer been experiencing difficulties on anything I use. I also transport it in a bag in a very shaky vehilcul called a school bus everyday.
