Windows 11 Weird random news pop-ups on desktop

Hello,So I have recently noticed some weird NEWS pop-ups(in a grey box with white font) that show up randomly on my desktop in random times and random spots. I have tried scanning for malwares/adwares/viruses with different antivirus/antimalware programs, but to no avail. I have recently installed a lot of old indie games, so I don't really know which one might be the culprit(if any), I also have installed a program called Eraser. I have a licensed windows 11 PRO version 10.0.22621 that is supposedly up to date. PS: I have recently had a problem with Edge browser being managed by an organizati
