This problem only started just recently, before the computer was working fine. The windows computer is slow to boot, takes about 1-2 hours, usually on startup it is a black screen but I'm able to move the cursor around. Upon startup I cannot access file manager, the windows key does not work, settings does not work and there is no taskbar as well. Clicking the wallpaper of the computer makes the whole screen white like a not responding window, and then it turns completely black and restarts the process back to normal.
