After reading your forums I can see that this issue has been ongoing for several years now. My instinct, after speaking to my bank is that Microsoft is gatekeeping and if this is the case, I smell a heck of a class action in the making.According to my bank, the transactions are being switched to $0.00 by Microsoft which is why they aren't going through. Clearing cookies, signing out and in again, switching cards... these are not solutions. The solution would be to let people make their own decisions on what they choose to spend their money on and stop gatekeeping!This is a system failure/po
