Windows 10 What are "InputLocaleManager" and "InputService" in System Information > Loaded Modules, and Why Could They Be Running?

on Windows 10, I checked System Information > Software Environment > Loaded Modules, and scrolling down alphabetically, I reached the "I" section, and saw these 2 DLLs lister:InputLocaleManager (System32- "InputLocaleManager.DYNLINK")and InputService (System32- InputService.dll)wondering what these DLLs/files do and why they could be loaded, according to System Information? my friend doesn't have these, neither does my Windows 11 system, and I restarted the PC to verify if they were lingering modules from an update, but they are still loadedI did also scan with full Windows Defender and
