Windows 10 What can I do to restore my PCs ability to connect wirelessly?

I was freeing up space on my pc a few days ago and I may have mistakenly deleted something because now my PC does not show any available Wifi networks. Other PCs and mobiles in the house can still connect to my Wifi. My PC can still connect to the internet when an ethernet cable is plugged in but I do need it to access the internet via Wifi.
