Windows 10 What do I click when recovering Windows 10 with a USB Drive

Edit: I used the Create Recovery Drive feature on control panel for my USB drive I did this on my personal PC. I now realise there is also a windows 10 installation media tool, is that what I should've downloaded instead? I had the error 'a required device cannot be accessed 0xc0000185' and I have managed to boot from the USB drive with recovery files/boot installation media, but I'm a little confused on what I need to do next as multiple options look like they might do what I'm looking for. On the initial menu, the 'Recover from a drive' option seems to be the obvious choice, but It says it w
