Windows 10 What do I do if my laptop says no bootable device -insert boot disk and press any key?

Hello,So the hard drive of my laptop stopped working properly and I went to buy a new one and placed the new one on my laptop. It turned on but the problem was that it was saying (No bootable device — insert boot disk and press any key). I don’t even know what to do. I wanna take it somewhere to fix it but I don’t know how much the cost would be. Please help. Thank you.
