Windows 10 What does this mean? I currently have BSOD while playing a game

I have a Windows 10, Intel Core I5-8250U 1.60Ghz, 4GB Internal RAM, Nvidia Geforce Mx130 Integrated graphics while playing a game this happens pls help. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e) This is a very common BugCheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints the driver/function that caused the problem.
