Windows 11 What does this wimbootcompress.ini mean because my computer is messed up on many levels and cannot find the fix for it?

My computer keeps crashing, downloading things on its own, duplicating files and the system, making its own registry items and just all around going crazy. I found this and I do not know what it means. Any help would save my life and job. I am a single mom and my computer is how I support us with my journalism and writing.
