Windows 10 What happens if you replace windows folder with a fresh new windows folder from another windows machine?

Hello there I am currently facing issues with my laptop because it won’t boot it just gives me a blue screen telling about a txt file in the system 32 folder and I don’t want to delete the operating system will my suggestion above fix the issue?Also the windows recovery isn’t useful at allI cannot find anything useful online so please anything will help
