There is a yellow border around every focussed app, and a yellow line underneath the app's icon on the taskbar. I am aware this is a security feature from Microsoft. I can't figure out what is causing it / what is recording my screen. It is constant from startup to shutdown. While I do have both Discord and OBS Studio installed, the border and line are still present even when they are not open. I have malwarebytes and ran a scan, which reports that there is no threats, and this agrees with the built-in Windows Firewall. I am running Windows 11 22H2.
