Windows 11 What is going on with DeviceSetupManager? Windows 11 Pro latest build

Why am I getting so many Event ID 131 Errors? I had these on my original install and a did a fresh reinstall of Windows 11 Pro and they are if anything more frequent with the fresh reinstall. According to sfc /scannow I have no corrupted system files, DISM /restorehealth shows no image problems. My systen is stable and working well it posts within 3 seconds and it takes anoth 6-10 seconds for the windows logon screen to appear, could the slowness be caused by these problems with setting up devices?
