Windows 11 What is NTUSER.DAT? Why are there regtrans-ms files, blf files, a LOG1 file and a LOG2 and an INI? Is it safe to delete them?

Sorry if this is an incredibly stupid question, but why are there multiple files that are hidden in my user folder that start with NTUSER? (actual screenshot in my folder)is it safe to delete these? i'm about to delete them no doubt and i havent made any searches, i'm starting to be afraid that these are files that a virus dropped!!! please help!!! Also i'm planning to do this in a KIOSKUSER0 folder. Dont want the user on my pc. Too lazy to disable it.
