Windows 11 what is the best way to find which application is ruining Apache struts on a clients windows 11 device?

I work as a technician, I have been tasked with upgrading the Apache Struts version to the later version on one of our client's Windows 11 Dell latitude 5410 laptop? 1. Is it possible to upgrade Apache Struts without knowing which application is running Apache? if yes, are there any configuration stapes that I need to know?2. if I cannot find the application running the framework, how can I remove that Apache and is it recommended to do so?
