Would the community please explain the difference between Windows Dictation (launched by pressing the Windows key + H) and Windows Speech Recognition (Windows key + CTRL + S)? I've searched online, and while I can find several useful how-to guides, none explain the difference(s). There is also a very good Wikipedia page on WSR. If, for example, I wanted to dictate a letter in Word or Outlook, should I be using dictation or Windows Speech Recognition? My business is running W10, though we will upgrade to W11 soon.Thank you in advance.
