Windows 11 What is the specific issue to cause my computer to have a SAFEGUARD HOLD?

Hi, I wake up today and my P.C. world is halted! A new update that cannot be done due to ISSUES. There is zero information to advise me what the issue is specifically and this SAFEGUARD HOLD is preventing my use of my online service! I have Windows 11 Home, 21H2 The Known issues & specifications relates to Windows 10 Version 20H2 so how could I be in a Safeguard hold? How long? Or do I just abandon my PC forever? Seems if I do, I'll enjoy my experiences more! Sorry for the sarcasm but it is one thing after another and I'm exhausted with it all!
