Good morning, I have a new Packard Bell CloudBook 14.1" display that began an action that, so far, I have not found a fix. I did see an answer for what seems to be my issue and the answer was,"a stuck control key". I banged on my control keys but, to no avail and the issue persists..........The issue is this......If the mouse is scrolled up, let's say from the bottom of the display to the top of the display, the display becomes black......and when the mouse is scrolled down, the display is once again visible. The changing of the display is smooth and not 'jumpy' and moves in total concert
